1. We check a website and review the findings
We use public pages and review potential issues before preparing a report. Checks vary by review; the report should tell you what was covered, what could not be checked and when the review took place.
2. You receive an invitation
If we have prepared a report for your business, the invitation explains how to access it. Receiving an invitation creates no obligation to buy anything.
3. You sign in using an email code
Use the exact email address we contacted. A six-digit code expires after ten minutes. Signing in gives access only to reports assigned to that address.
4. You read the redacted preview
One complete finding is free to read. Further findings have their specific issues, page locations and fixes withheld. You can see the number of additional findings before buying.
5. You choose whether to unlock
The price for your full report is shown in your report portal before checkout. There is no subscription. The full report contains the remaining findings and a downloadable HTML copy, which you can print or save as a PDF.
Repair work is not included. Findings reflect the review date; a website may change afterwards.
